Week 26 · What's with you
Let mom sleep...
When your baby arrives you will value sleep more than ever. Any chance you get to rest will be precious. During your pregnancy though you may also experience sleep issues. Insomnia is disheartening, but understandable. Heartburn, leg cramps, back pain, a heavy belly, and anxiety about being a mom can all be reasons to be up at night. Of course, you can count sheep before bedtime, but better to be active and walk in the fresh air during the day. Before bedtime, reduce fluid intake and set aside screens at least an hour before bedtime.
