The second honeymoon
Your internal organs above the uterus, which quietly coexisted in your body before pregnancy, have begun to move upward during it. By the 31st week, you may have a feeling that your stomach is already somewhere at the level of your lungs, and there is no more room at all! You cannot breathe deeply. You have shortness of breath even during an easy walk. To increase the flow of oxygen to the lungs, try to stand as straight as you can, and place extra pillows under your back before bedtime to give more space to your lungs.
