So, what we have for today: the baby is fighting, staring and getting ready to breathe. The muscles and bones of the crumb are getting stronger, and all that is left for him in such a cramped position is to jerk the handles and legs, but these kicks have become very tangible. So now he has all chances to make Mommy feel the pain (you should forgive him in advance, he never meant to hurt you).

He learned not only to distinguish between light and darkness but also to focus on something definite (on his hand, for example). Therefore, he now looks sometimes actually philosophical.

And still, something invisible at first sight, but very important is still actively developing: the respiratory system. The body is already beginning to produce surfactant — the substance that helps the lungs not to collapse after each sigh, the lungs themselves are still in a closed but developed state. So think about your cutie, but do not rush to meet him as soon as possible: it is better to wait until the due date and the end of all baby development stages.
